“The best extended stay hands down”

JJ's place at Sparkle House is such a great hidden gem for mid term housing. After renting numerous furnished apartments across the states, this has definitely been the best extended stay hands down! The location is very peaceful and the outdoor space and patios have quickly become one of our favorite locations for an early morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. While this furnished apartment is entirely private and gives you all the space yo need, there are also shared indoor/ outdoor spaces, which made it feel like a community/family. Always a very cheery and welcoming vibe.

The furnished apartment is thoughtfully pieced together from the decorations to the amenities. Property managers are easy to contact and we always felt they were available and very approachable. We fell in love with the city of Sebastopol from local stores, coffee shops, wineries, etc. We easily commuted to work in Santa Rosa, we alway s felt safe and it was relaxing to return to a peaceful country type setting without feeling remote. Great for travel nurses, executive housing, corporate housing, extended stays, or any staff that works in Sonoma County or at Sutter Santa Rosa!

“You will not find more communicative and accommodating hosts”

Molly's Place is well-equipped for longer-term stays, and I doubt you will find more communicative and/or accommodating hostesses. Jamie and Shannon were so kind and welcoming and available. There are two corporate housing/ executive housing units on the property, so it's a great place for a little socializing. When it's quiet, it is VERY quiet. That said, Sebastopol is wine/farm country, so you will sometimes hear machinery from the neighborhood, along with roosters and such. Everyone was so kind and considerate. I can honestly say that I slept better in this short term rental than I have anywhere (including at home) in the past few years (and I'm definitely noise sensitive). If you like to be surrounded by friendly, outgoing, and helpful people, this is definitely a great monthly furnished rental apartment to consider.

“The layout and lends itself to both privacy and socializing”

My wife and I rented Molly's Place as Temp Housing while our nearby Petaluma place was getting remodeled so that we too could host people who needed extended stay or executive housing accommodations. While there, we befriended the Travel Nurses working at Sutter Santa Rosa staying in JJ's Mid Term Rental. We are now lifelong friends. We highly recommend any unit at Sparkle House for anybody who needs a furnished apartment or mid term rental!

“We just loved the homey vibe”

My family and I (husband, toddler and baby) stayed in Molly's Place while we packed up for a big move. We just loved the vibe. Many short term or mid-term rentals feel very corporate and this one feels like home. Every day we took advantage of the huge back yard for adventures with our kids, exploring old dilapidated barns and outhouses. Jamie was super attentive and the place was perfect for us. Highly recommended!

Thank you dearly for the amazing time at Sparkle House Sebastopol and your warmth and kindness. Our stay brought back so much sparkle in my life! My “Penthouse,” Molly’s Place, was perfect from day one. Not only did you let me bring my kitties Jack and Puma, but you thought of every detail down to the slow pour-over coffee. I will always cherish my time at Sparkle House, and I know I will be back, if not as another tenant but for a visit! You are both true gems and so is Sparkle House, Sparkling bright with all of your love and care. Until next time!

“I was sold the minute I walked in…personal and unique”

My company sent me to check out JJ’s Place as a corporate rental for 4 months. I was sold the minute I walked in! I work as a forewoman for a large construction company, and I often need to find mid-term rentals near my job sites. I’ve stayed at a lot of executive apartments, but JJ’s Place stood out from the others. Most corporate housing is clean and convenient and just fine. But this mid-term rental was personal and unique. I loved having two private patios, access to a gorgeous and natural backyard, several private entrances, and private laundry. I also felt safe in the neighborhood, and safe because of the digital locks. I could tell that the proprietors loved going the extra mile with things like a personalized welcome basket, and willingness to provide advice about the Sebastopol restaurants/ Barlow and day trips to Bodega Bay. I really felt like it was my home away from home, and highly recommend JJ’s Place at Sparkle House Sebastopol.

“Amazing light from all 4 sides”

I stayed at Molly’s Place while I was in town leading retreats nearby in Santa Rosa and Petaluma. It is cozy and beautifully decorated, comfortable, and there is amazing light from the soaring ceiling and windows on all four sides of the unit. I love that they gift guests a branded reusable water bottle! What I liked best was taking my morning coffee on my private deck, looking out at the view and the property’s big backyard.

We loved our time at Sparkle House! You can accurately describe the amenities and the space, but no one tells you about the energy; the entire property and everyone who were staying there had such a calming and loving presence. We were so happy we had the chance to stay here.

My family and I needed a mid-term-rental while our home underwent a remodel. What we loved most was the proprietor's commitment to making environmentally-friendly choices: their recent upgrades to solar, heat pump mini-split heating and cooling, and their discouragement of using single-use plastic water bottles, among others. We hope to come back!
